If you upload images to the website through the contact form, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Admins to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you post a contact on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for months.

Our webmaster & marketing team, (Bryan Eagle, a professional in business for over 25 years), has access to some basic anonymous data about viewers but that’s it.

How long we retain your data

If you post a contact form, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely or until we opt to delete. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up contacts automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Where we send your data

Visitor contacts may be checked through an automated spam detection service that blocks messages that use spam phrases.
