I have been taking my cars to Lone Star Bavarian since 2004. They are honest, very knowledgeable and their technicians are experienced and well trained. I try to do most of the work on my cars myself, but when I can't (no time, too hot in garage or beyond my abilities), I trust LSB to do the job right.

I have been using Lone Star for several years now and I can't say enough good things about them. They have always gone above and beyond when it came to service, the staff is polite, the technicians know their stuff and the dogs are a bonus.

This place is awesome! The staff is super nice and I paid less than I expected for the work I needed done. They even gave me a complimentary car wash. Now my baby looks and feels amazing!

My experience with Lonestar started off with a phone call to obtain a rough estimate on replacing the A/C compressor on my 2004 5-series, which had been diagnosed prior. Adam was friendly and quick to provide answers to all of my questions. I brought the car in yesterday and from the time I dropped it off to the pick-up this morning, I was well-informed every step of the way. The price I paid was exactly what I was quoted over the phone, no surprises. They had the best price and quickest turnaround time. They gave me a ride from my home to pick up my car, and even cleaned my car inside & out. Thanks!

I recently had my 2008 M3 at Lonestar Bavarian, the owner himself helped me with the items I needed and his staff was very pleasant to deal with. Super clean shop, will visit again and suggest to anyone with a BMW or Mini Cooper.

his place is absolutely second to none if you need hard to find, obscure parts for your Bavarian beast. I have an E24 that I got from California, drove to South Carolina in, without fault, and then once here it started acting a fool. No place around here offers a selection that Lone Star Bavarian does and I was able to get a few pieces over-nighted to me all the way from texas, in less than 24 hours. Trent went out of his way to make sure that I was got my parts as soon as possible because I was in a bind (the E24 is my DD). So I, I certainly recommend anyone who has a passion for getting down and dirty with their Bimmer to look up Trent at Lone Star Bavarian and get your hook up there! I couldn't be happier! Thank you, Trent!Not to be totally stuck up, but I'm really picky on where I get my stuff. The E24 is my passion, my buddy, almost like my best friend, and long story short, I found myself at a pick in pull looking over a semi rotted out carcass of an e28 knowing that "it'll get me by" but my conscience took over and I dropped my tools right there. I knew I'd get exactly what I needed from Lone Star, and so I left. I wouldn't send anyone anywhere else. An absolute mecca for knowledge, parts and service. I'm all the way in South Carolina and I'd have my car towed there JUST because I trust his service. (If I find myself in Texas).Impeccable service. Second to non!

I recently acquired a 1996 BMW Z3 and was at a loss as to where to take it for needed repairs. I stumbled across Lone Star Bavarian online and was first impressed with the Google reviews. I took the car in for review, recommendations and repairs. Everyone was extremely helpful, informative and upfront; from "Sarge" to Nicole, to Trent to Karen! My Z3 has found a new repair shop! Great service at reasonable prices.

I have had BMW cars since 1992 - they are great fun and rewarding to own and drive - they have their quirks - it can be frustrating taking them to dealers where you are communicating with a "service adviser" and not the guy doing the work - Trent and his team know these cars inside and out and Trent will give you an honest assessment and estimate - Lone Star Bavarian is the best in DFW and I have sent numerous acquaintances their way - if you own a BMW, and especially, if have your eye on one, make sure you have Trent look it over first and give you a pre-purchase report - you wont regret it.

If you have a BMW and you live in or near Fort Worth, you need to know about Lone Star Bavarian. I typically work on my own cars, but I always know they are there as a solid, reliable, and affordable option if I don't have the time or the inclination to fix my own car, and I'm sure they do a better job!It's a nice facility, not your average repair shop, and Trent has a great team that will take good care of you and your car.

Been using Lone Star exclusively since my warranty at the dealer expired on my 2005 BMW 525 back in 2011. Always helpful, accurate and consistent in how they treat customers. Will continue using Trent and his team until this BMW moves on to the next plain.

Lone Star Bavarian has been servicing my BMWs for many years. Trent and his team always do great work. They don't sell you up on things that are not needed. Instead, they take a true look at what the problem is or safety issues that might be present and address those first.Whether you need a pre-inspection before a purchase, currently own a BMW, a Mercedes Benz, or a MINI, LSB is the place to take your automobile.

I met Trent Cole way back when he first opened the little shop in the old fire station. Trent kept my BMW E36 running perfectly for 200,000+ miles.Since he always got it right, I started taking my '90 Nissan 300Zx to him also.Through the years, I've engaged Trent with BMW "pre-buy" inspections, and had him do multiple repairs to my son's BMW.Trent was very helpful when I customized my E90 BMW.Its been a great ride.R/JR

I was having issues with my BMW x3 shutting off unexpectedly and taking it to a different mechanic. He couldnt figure out what was wrong so I brought it here and within what seemed like an hour they knew exactly what the issue was. They offered to drive me to work after i had the car towed in. (i had a friend with me giving me a ride so i decline) it was just nice to know they are wanting to go above and beyond for their customers. And thats only the beginning! I thought my car would be in the shop for a couple of days but they had it done the next morning. When I came to pick it up i could tell that they washed the car and vacuumed the driver area. I have a two year old so i dont blame them or expected them to clean the entire inside. it was definitely a great surprise after all the stress of car problems. Nicole at the front desk was amazing. Very sweet and kept in contact with me every step of the way sending me emails and phone calls. When I told her I had to talk to my fiance about the issues and cost before they started everything she was very understanding. She answered all of my questions and concerns as well. At the end they gave me a list of recommendations for my car and discussed the order of importance. The entire time I did not feel stupid for asking questions, talked down too because im a young woman (lets be honest most mechanics roll their eyes at us), or pressured to do anything and for that I wish I could have given them more stars.
