I highly recommend this place very professional fair price excellent work. Took my car there after nearly burning the engine up from a lack of oil. They worked with me every step of the way took care of my car and know it runs better than it ever did. Thank you Nicole and Megan and Trent for being the best in town

I reached out via the website for an estimate on my late model Mercedes. I very quickly received a text asking for clarity because my explanation didn’t make sense. I sent the dealer report, which cleared it up. A very clear, precise estimate was received the next day that included an alternative repair that, in their experience, was more likely to be the issue than the dealer’s diagnosis. I amExtremely impressed with their professionalism and fully intend to utilize them in the future.

Took my 2019 X3 M40 to Trent for 35K service, including brake fluid service as well as front and rear differential and transfer case service. They also determined that the battery failed test - as it was 5.5 years old that was not a surprise.Their pricing is fair and a great value. The car was completed on time and returned clean inside and out. We will go back, and they will get our business for our Audi as well!

Trent and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Helpful in explanations. The mechanic work is outstanding and fast (once you get in lol) they stay booked, and that’s the sort of shop you should want. Highly recommend for your European vehicle 👍👍

Took a little longer than anticipated, through no fault of their own (parts supplier dropped the ball ). All work done professionally at a fair price , Bonus : owner answered all my questions about future maintenance and other things about my car (very personable and no up selling )!

Trent is wonderful. I've been bringing cars to him since shortly after he started his business soooooooo many years ago. His knowledge and attention to detail is unmatched, the quality of work in his shop is second to none. I'm on my 14th BMW, 4 in the garage right now, two of those will soon be antiques. Lone Star Bavarian makes it easy to keep a car in great condition...well, forever, tbh!

Mercedes dealership quoted approximately $5,500 for a repair including replacements that exceeded the Mercedes quoted trade-in value of the vehicle. Basically, buy a new car. Bavarian was able to perform the same service at less than half, both timely and affordably, by repairing (knocking out) what could be repaired and only replacing what can not be repaired. Car better than before. I'm a happy customer who has only used dealerships for 30 years. Now I know.
