I needed a post purchase inspection and oil change and found these guys on google. Nicole was amazing and explained everything to me as far as the financial side. They arranged a ride for me to go back to work while they worked on my car, and the driver was great conversation and professional. I appreciate the good communication, explanations on things I didn’t understand, quality work and reasonable pricing. I won’t let anyone else touch my BMW.

So far, so good. My 2010 Mini needed quite a lot of work. Quite costly but fair compared to dealerships. They took care of the issues we requested to be diagnosed and found a few others that were taken care of. Loved my first time smaller shop experience with Nicole, Trent and tech who responded promptly with explanations of anything we did not understand. Inclement weather of rain and freezing temps after it was dropped off made it take longer than planned but no problem.

Saved my biscuit!! Was in town from out of town and a light went on in my mini Cooper. They got me right in no problem that morning!! So GRATEFUL, gal in the front was SUPER helpful while I was so stressed. Customer service was above and beyond. Would definately return next time I'm in town just to have the car looked over they were so reasonable. Thanks Lone Star Bavarian, for making my trip home safe.
