Places like this are hard to find, and Trent changes the entire aspect of what could be just another "repair shop". My family chooses Lone Star Bavarian for all three of our vehicles that we love very much because of a number of reasons. We have two BMWs and a Mini Cooper. Trent is a hands on guy, he's not going to throw you the keys and tell you to hit the road after your service, the typical "see you next time". Trent knows everything that's going on with your vehicle while his master technicians complete your service, and with his 30+ years of experience, he knows every potential issue to look for while the car is already taken apart during that service. The preventive measures that are being taken, rules out a potential second service in the same region of the car. It's a very professional and honest way of doing business. This saves you money in the long run and makes you feel confident on the road, knowing that your car has had Trent's guys working on it and Trent himself overseeing all the operations. He has saved my family and I thousands of dollars just by taking the initiative to be involved and using his knowledge to keep any potential malfunctions from turning into a mechanical breakdown. When you arrive to pick up your vehicle, Trent drops what he's doing and comes out of his office to go over every detail regarding your service. It's refreshing and sets him apart from any other service center you have visited in the past. He always has a smile on his face, very friendly and makes good conversation. He also shows initiative when it comes to your concerns or questions that you may have. His shop dog MINI comes out from the back to greet you at the front door and she enjoys sitting on your lap while you relax on comfortable furniture provided for customers in the waiting area. Lone star Bavarian is our home and they take care of all their customers like family. You will be impressed with their hospitality and attention to detail. Once you experience Trent and what his business has to offer, you won't find yourself wondering if someone else could do a better job. This will be your final destination.

This place is amazing! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They completed my oil change for my BMW and even vacuumed the interior and washed the outside. My car runs beautifully and it was very reasonably priced. I also had them install my front license plate. That was a doozy of a job! My car has a ton of sensors and it took awhile for them to figure out how to place the license plate without setting off alarms. They really tried hard to give me what I wanted and I couldn't be happier. They really go above and beyond for service and I will be coming back again and again! I highly recommend this place if you have a luxury car that needs special attention. You won't regret picking them!

I recently brought my 2014 E350 for a major repair (rear main seal and sway bar links) and I could not have been more pleased with the service I received from Lone Star Bavarian.From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and clearly experienced. I especially appreciated how thorough and knowledgeable the women at the front desk of the shop were-they really know their stuff and made me feel completely confident in the work being done.After the repair, a minor fluid leak was identified and promptly addressed and resolved without hassle. They stood behind their work and took care of it quickly, which speaks volumes about their integrity and quality control.Based on my experience, I highly recommend Lone Star Bavarian for anyone looking for trusted, specialized care for their Mercedes.
