I highly recommend Lone Star Bavarian. The owner, Trent Cole, runs his business with excellent customer service. Urgent repairs have been needed on my vehicle on two occasions and they had my car repaired within 24 hours both times. I also like that they have loaner cars available, if needed. I prefer Lone Star over BMW dealership service shops because I can trust that only necessary repairs and maintenance is being recommended and completed on my BMW X5.

Super quick service! We were on a road trip when we realized something with our BMW was wrong. We were an hour away from Lone Star Bavarian, we called them on the phone and they were super friendly! Diagnosed the problem and gave us a solution within 20 minutes. Thank you so much!! They saved our spring break trip!!!!

The handle on my 2000 Mercedes CLK 430 Convertible just came off in my hands this past Tuesday when I was closing it to lock while out on an errand! So brought it in to Lonestar to see what they could do. (The hydraulics worked just fine but there was no way to close and latch my top w/o that handle!) They ordered the parts and Friday night Trent the owner called to say it was ready! He came and picked me up today (Saturday) since I didnt have a ride there. They're normally closed on the weekends by the way. My top now closes like it should. The handle works great, super tight like it probably did when this car was new! Thanks Trent, Mike and Nick for super fast service and all the help! You guys rock!

Service normal as expected, no work done without authorization, and was pleasantly surprised to see my interior was freshened up and the brake dust cleaned off my wheels.

We had problems with our 2003 530 i driving from Houston to Fort Worth. We called Lone Star Bavarian and explains our situation. They were very understanding g and did not hesitate to work us in immediately. The owner was on site, and their mechanic Chas diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and fixed a few issues that needed addressed. Their shop was immaculate and their labor rates were fair. We were so impressed we are considering driving to Fort Worth for any major services needed for our BMW! Thank you for saving our weekend getaway!
