The facility was exceptional, service and customer care are excellent. After getting a quote for services at the local dealer, I went to Lone Star Bavarian. Not only did I save a significant amount of money, but the work was also spot on. I highly recommend. FYI, I have a 2018 Audi A4 Quattro.

Trent and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Helpful in explanations. The mechanic work is outstanding and fast (once you get in lol) they stay booked, and that’s the sort of shop you should want. Highly recommend for your European vehicle 👍👍

Amazing, they fixed my car after 3 different shops couldn't, and they even washed my car before i picked it up. My only complaint is that i made an appointment to have it done while i was on vacation for 5 days and i didn’t get my car for another week after i got back. However, they did such a good job that it was definitely worth the wait.
