My fuel pump control module went out on my 2013 535i BMW, and I couldn't find anyone to reprogram my new one without costing me an arm and a leg. Nick, at Lone Star Bavarian assured me they wouldn't turn me away and they did a fantastic job!! 10/10 customer service.

Never took my car to this place, but just called to find out how much a wheel alignment was. I was quoted $290. This is even higher than the BMW dealer who quoted me at ~$200. Why is the wheel alignment price more expensive than the dealer? I placed the rating at the average since I have no other information about this place.

I'd call out specific people, but unfortunately, the entire team there is all awesome. There's a reserved kindness vibe you get from the crew when you arrive, but you can tell they love our four wheeled friends a lot. I brought my car in for maintenance (plugs, coil packs, etc) and some repair of a suspension component that we thought could be covered under warranty. They contacted and advocated to our warranty company and tried to get the repair paid for pretty hard. But...warranty companies...am I right? Anyway, something also occurred where I needed a little bit of body work done (paint fixes) - and Lone Star Bavarian was able to handle that as well. The touch up/repair is perfect, and not only that, it appears they went over and above by removing and restoring some pretty carboned up paint that was on my rear bumper and some scuffs that were on there too. It looks fantastic, and Lone Star Bavarian got it done in a very reasonable amount of time. This was work all done on my 2014 BMW X5 xDrive35i which my wife absolutely loves, so I'm grateful they took very good care of it. These guys are the best. And the little dogs are super cute as well.

I have a Mercedes E350 and wouldn't take it anywhere but to Lone Star to get work done. They shoot straight with you to tell you what you "really" need vs. the typical dealership service center response of "the codes are telling us you need to replace A, B, C, etc." They have experienced technicians who do fast and fairly-priced work. Lone Star will save you a LOT of money and keep your luxury car running great.
