This is my first BMW, and I was to the point where I was either going to trade in my car or repair it as my check engine light was on, and I was due for an inspection. As a woman, I often feel overwhelmed when it comes to car repairs, but after reading reviews from several shops, I decided to go with Lone Star Bavarian to service my car. The facility was clean and welcoming, and the women at the front desk were friendly, understanding, and attentive. They were able to fix all of the problems with my car, and I was back on the road within a couple of days. They also noticed additional issues that I was aware of but did not pressure me into fixing them, instead offering a recommendation. I particularly appreciated that my car was stored indoors, under surveillance, rather than left outside. Additionally, they provided me with a loaner car, which was a major advantage, as I couldn't be left without transportation. The loaner car was in excellent condition. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new, I fell in love with my car all over again! It was thoroughly cleaned and very well taken care of and drives like the first day I bought it. I was so impressed with the quality of care my car received that I will definitely recommend Lone Star Bavarian to everyone I know. Thank you so much!

First time here - and what a great experience.To start off, they accommodated my appointment request on the spur of the moment because I had taken off work to meet another service shop's appointment which that shop screwed up.The staff was friendly and professional. Not only was the fee for my service fair but it actually came out less than what was quoted. By the way, when was the last time you heard, "no, the air filter doesn't need changing yet." Right?And, to cap it off, they replaced - AT NO CHARGE - the tow-ring attachment lost by the other service shop the last time the car was in there.Thanks, LSB.

My front left headlight assembly needed replacement as well as some part replacements due to previous owner. Trent got both headlight and fog lights working efficiently in spite of the Christmas holidays at a more reasonable cost than previous BMW dealerships. He also enlightened me on some things about my 650i I didn't know. He knows his stuff!

It had to do with my audio and we hit some issues but, Trent was of great help. Some sound was restored and but looking forward to get all sound back to fully working status! Thanks guys.
