Dealing with Trent and his team of highly skilled mechanics was a very good experience...When you walk in the shop, you understand immediately that Lone Star Bavarian is a professional company, and they treat you like family!! No surprises on Anything, NO changing out parts to "see if that fixed it"Everything was professionally diagnosed, and communicated to me before any work was performed!! We had a very good experience at Lone Star Bavarian. Our service advisor kept us in the loop the entire time. They were much better than a dealership and did not find “other problems” that would have run up the total bill, like many others. It’s very refreshing to deal with honest people while setting out to accomplish a task that in so many instances turns out to be a point of contention

I had an amazing experience. I came in for a post purchase inspection (extremely detailed) and was pressed for time. My vehicle was ready early. I arrived to it being washed and vacuumed. Being a busy mom, that’s one less thing on my plate and I appreciate that.

Amazing services nick kept in constant contact with me every step of the way throw my repair, the dealership wanted almost double for the same work I had done here and they did it in the same amount of time, nick and the tech got me all of the quotes I ask for and did some last minute diagnostics at my request. I'm very pleased with lone star Bavarian I will definitely be coming back
