The facility is very clean, their service is quick, and they call you when they say they will. Overall, had a great experience with their repair to my BMW.However, I got some quotes for future services that are significantly higher than some dealers quoted me for the same repairs so do your research. If you understand that they aren't the cheapest around, you will be satisfied with their customer service

Went here for a second opinion on a repair that the BMW dealership said was needed. Very pleased with the service and the personnel. Work was completed on time, was kept updated on the progress, even shown the defective part. Would highly recommend this business for German car owners.

Called last Friday (May 2) and made an appointment for Wednesday (May 7).I arrived at around 8 am and spoke with Nicole at the front desk about my appointment and what service my car needed (transmission service). They provided a ride home and shortly Nicole called and gave me a price for the service needed and I agreed.She stated that my car 2007 BMW 550i would be ready later in the day.I received a call around 1 or 2 pm to say that my car was ready. Nicole sent the driver to pick me up.The driver arrived quickly and I paid my bill and left.They had washed my car and vacuumed the inside (very nice Thanks for that).Nicole was very professional and made everything a smooth transaction.JH

Had to drop off my 3 series earlier this morning due to the oil level sensor not functioning. Turns out it was just damaged wiring. They had my car ready just a few hours later and didn't mess about with anything extra. Both of the people I talked to in the front were extremely pleasant. I loved the look and feel of the lobby which was rich with BMW history, model cars, some great car books on the table, and even a sweet, older Beamer Bike. They even washed my car for me! Will definitely be returning for any issues/service I need for my bimmer.

My car was not shifting gears. They diagnosed it and got on the road within 2 days. They kept me informed as to what was wrong. Very professional. Great price to fix my issue.

I have had BMW cars since 1992 - they are great fun and rewarding to own and drive - they have their quirks - it can be frustrating taking them to dealers where you are communicating with a "service adviser" and not the guy doing the work - Trent and his team know these cars inside and out and Trent will give you an honest assessment and estimate - Lone Star Bavarian is the best in DFW and I have sent numerous acquaintances their way - if you own a BMW, and especially, if have your eye on one, make sure you have Trent look it over first and give you a pre-purchase report - you wont regret it.
