Trent at LSB was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable when it came to my car with after market wheels. Where as the people at Sewell BMW just went after the simple solution, Trent took the time to analyze the problem and come up with a solution. They are extremely thorough and just don't tell you what you want to hear, but what you need hear in manner you can understand. There prices are very reasonable compared to the BMW service centers. For anyone that owns a BMW, I recommend going to LSB before going to a BMW service center.Thanks Trent....

I was having issues with my BMW x3 shutting off unexpectedly and taking it to a different mechanic. He couldnt figure out what was wrong so I brought it here and within what seemed like an hour they knew exactly what the issue was. They offered to drive me to work after i had the car towed in. (i had a friend with me giving me a ride so i decline) it was just nice to know they are wanting to go above and beyond for their customers. And thats only the beginning! I thought my car would be in the shop for a couple of days but they had it done the next morning. When I came to pick it up i could tell that they washed the car and vacuumed the driver area. I have a two year old so i dont blame them or expected them to clean the entire inside. it was definitely a great surprise after all the stress of car problems. Nicole at the front desk was amazing. Very sweet and kept in contact with me every step of the way sending me emails and phone calls. When I told her I had to talk to my fiance about the issues and cost before they started everything she was very understanding. She answered all of my questions and concerns as well. At the end they gave me a list of recommendations for my car and discussed the order of importance. The entire time I did not feel stupid for asking questions, talked down too because im a young woman (lets be honest most mechanics roll their eyes at us), or pressured to do anything and for that I wish I could have given them more stars.

This is the best shop I have ever been to! Honestly everyone is kind, helpful and honest, from the front desk, the mechanics to the owner. If you need work done to your BMW or Mercedes this is the only place you need to go.They 100% honest, never sell you sell you anything you don't need and they do not over charge you.I've worked on cars my whole life and I always hate taking my car to anyone when I don't have the equipment to fix my car. After the first visit I knew I'd never take my car anywhere else!If you need anything done to your car please at least give them a call.. trust me, you will not regret it.
