If I could give them more stars I would, they went way above and beyond what I expected. I have a 2013 Audi S6 that had a transmission failure, They sourced a reman unit and found a good used 1. They contacted my warranty company , They warranty company took a week to get their inspector out to look at it, another week to get the work approved. By then the good used transmission was gone. So Trent and his team located another on, but determined it was not worth installing . Well it turns out I have a odd ball transmission , which became nearly impossible to locate another 1. For over a month they kept trying to find another 1 with no luck. The whole time Trent and his team kept me in the loop as to what is going on. I finally made the call to just get the reman unit from Audi. I picked up the car and was very impressed , as always Trent and his staff were very respectful explained any questions that I had. I get to the car it was very well cleaned no finger prints or marks that should not be there.I am very picky when it comes to other people working on my cars and Trent and his team are by far the best that I have ever dealt with. If you have a Audi or any other brand of car they work on I would highly recommend Lone Star Bavarian long before I would recommend taking it to the dealer.

I needed a post purchase inspection and oil change and found these guys on google. Nicole was amazing and explained everything to me as far as the financial side. They arranged a ride for me to go back to work while they worked on my car, and the driver was great conversation and professional. I appreciate the good communication, explanations on things I didn’t understand, quality work and reasonable pricing. I won’t let anyone else touch my BMW.

Places like this are hard to find, and Trent changes the entire aspect of what could be just another "repair shop". My family chooses Lone Star Bavarian for all three of our vehicles that we love very much because of a number of reasons. We have two BMWs and a Mini Cooper. Trent is a hands on guy, he's not going to throw you the keys and tell you to hit the road after your service, the typical "see you next time". Trent knows everything that's going on with your vehicle while his master technicians complete your service, and with his 30+ years of experience, he knows every potential issue to look for while the car is already taken apart during that service. The preventive measures that are being taken, rules out a potential second service in the same region of the car. It's a very professional and honest way of doing business. This saves you money in the long run and makes you feel confident on the road, knowing that your car has had Trent's guys working on it and Trent himself overseeing all the operations. He has saved my family and I thousands of dollars just by taking the initiative to be involved and using his knowledge to keep any potential malfunctions from turning into a mechanical breakdown. When you arrive to pick up your vehicle, Trent drops what he's doing and comes out of his office to go over every detail regarding your service.
