From start to finish the experience was seamless. I made an appointment to take my car in for an air conditioning issue. It was not blowing cold and I attempted to do my own Freon recharge but it was not successful. Once I took it in, they found the issue being my valves and explained it to me in a way that I could understand. They let me know of other things that my car needed maintenance on and what to keep an eye on. I really appreciated their honesty and kindness. I am definitely going to be a loyal customer moving forward! Will be letting know all my friends who need car help go there!

Trent at LSB was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable when it came to my car with after market wheels. Where as the people at Sewell BMW just went after the simple solution, Trent took the time to analyze the problem and come up with a solution. They are extremely thorough and just don't tell you what you want to hear, but what you need hear in manner you can understand. There prices are very reasonable compared to the BMW service centers. For anyone that owns a BMW, I recommend going to LSB before going to a BMW service center.Thanks Trent....

I brought my 15 year old mini cooper s to them with a few problems and a check engine light on. I could tell through my conversations with them that they were working through a progression of steps to arrive at the root cause and ultimately the solution. I received the car back in a reasonable time frame with the check engine light off and the car running well for a 15 year old mini. I'm satisfied with their service and the repairs.

These folks are professionals and then some. I bought some parts from FCPEURO (fully intending to install them myself) but had some wicked electrical issues with my E89 Z4 (verging on rage selling it), so I handed over the lot and asked them to do some key things once the electrical gremlins were resolved. They cast out the electrical demons! They also performed some key maintenance items for me and the price was below the estimate. Well done. I very highly recommend Lone Star Bavarian and encourage you to check out the sweet vintage Bimmer motorcycle in the showroom alongside the cute doggies.
