  1. Technician applicants should have at least 5 years of specialized experience with BMW, Mini Audi or Mercedes.
  2. Dealership training is a plus.
  3. Experience with older BMW or Mercedes a plus.
  4. Must have a clean driving record.
  5. ASE, HVAC or other aftermarket training a must if no dealer experience
